These bloomers are a low-rise style of the Pirate Bloomers. They fall about 2 inches below the natural waistline. They feature an inset panel on each side of an alternating fabric, an elastic waistband, and double ruffles at the hem. A grosgrain ribbon bow at each side hem is finished by a skull-and-crossed-swords charm. They are available in your choice of color in cotton broadcloth, with your choice of either solid color insets, or skull-and crossed-swords fabric in black and white.
