This informal reversible vest will add a splash of color to any costume! It is available in 4 colors of 100% cotton, and black and white in a polyester blend. All of the fabrics feature a textured surface on one side, and a smoother finish on the reverse. Black cotton bias tape finishes the edges, and a black tassel decorated with a coordinating glass bead completes the back. Shoulder caps add extra flare.
