This pressed felt bowler is decorated with a hat band of grosgrain ribbon and a side arrangement of silk flowers, feather boa, and pearl strands. There is a Swarovski Crystal leaded glass pearl sewn inside each of the three silk flowers. The brim of the hat is edge-finished with black twill tape, which is sewn into place. Satin ribbons tie under the chin to hold the hat on your head. A satin liner gives this hat a finished look.
